All beds at Asuka Lodge are western but we have retained the nice Japanese bedroom finishings.
Prices include 10% Consumption tax, all you can eat full breakfast, room tax, pick up and drop off from Hakuba train station or Happo bus terminal and the town shuttle between 5:00 and 7:00pm and unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and Netflix.
Stays of 2 nights or less when available incur a 4,000 yen per room surcharge.
A minimum of a 7 Night stay is required during peak dates.
A 40% deposit to confirm your booking is required within 7 days; the balance is due 30 days before arrival. You can pay via cash, credit card, Paypal or Transferwise while at the lodge.
Payment can be made direct into our bank account for anyone residing in Japan or through PayPal or Transferwise for anyone living outside of Japan.

We recommend Flywire or Transferwise as there are no services fees applicable with this service, and both Flywire and Transferwise offers a better exchange rate than both Paypal and your local bank. However, you can only use Flywire or Transferwise to settle your final account if you have already sent your deposit via Flywire or Transferwise due to security reasons with the service provider.
